The Residence

The Malachite is a newly designed home and offers accommodation for up to six people and every room has been fitted to the highest standard. Experience the peaceful beauty of our area and witness magnificent sunsets from a wooden deck and undercover patio.

The Malachite also presents a housekeeping service from Monday to Saturday and a laundry service can be arranged at additional costs.

Although a self catering establishment, delicious candle- lit dinners can be presented on request.

Bedrooms

The spacious main bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and fitted with beautiful wooden wardrobes and a built in dressing table. Sliding doors open onto a sundeck with an endless view over the Indian Ocean. The en suite bathroom is modernly equipped with a separate bath- and shower facility.

The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with wooden wardrobes with built in dressing table. Sliding doors open onto a patio overlooking the Indian Ocean. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a queen site bed whilst Bedroom 3 has two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a spacious bathroom facility with a separate bath and shower.

All three rooms have access to an undercover patio and barbeque area.

Common area

The kitchen, lounge and dining area is an extra large, open plan design. The lounge is equipped with satellite television and fireplace and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern cooking facilities and microwave. A separate scullery room has a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.

There is undercover parking for two vehicles adjacent to the kitchen area.
