Malachite House (Pty) Ltd, Marius Swart, the Property owner, its agent/s, contractors and/or its employee/s shall not be liable for any claims of whatever nature including but not limited to theft, injury, loss or damage of whatever nature, against Malachite House (Pty) Ltd and its owners, the Proprietor, its agent/s, contractors and/or its employee/s, whether arising from their default, negligence or otherwise.

 

The residents, guest/s and other people entering the premises, hereby waive/s and abandon/s any claims of whatever nature against Malachite House (Pty) Ltd, Marius Swart, the Property owner, its agent/s, contractors and/or its employee/s.

 

The residents, guest/s and other people entering the premises, in addition to the aforesaid, hereby indemnify Malachite House (Pty) Ltd, Marius Swart, the Property owner, its agent/s, contractors and/or its employee/s against any claims which may arise from whatever nature, whether arising from their default, negligence or otherwise.

 

Vehicles

 

Vehicles and their contents are left on the premises, at the owner’s sole risk in all respects.

Please use Caution when walking on tiles and no running is allowed. Tiles are slippery therefore use caution when you walk on them.
